Methodology

How I coach.

I help women grow spiritually, socially, intellectually, and physically — so they can live with purpose, confidence, and balance.

The framework

The four pillars I work with.

Each pillar covers a dimension of a healthy life. Together they shape every conversation we have.

Spiritual pillar — nurturing soul and connection with God, values, purpose, and intuition.Social pillar — healthy relationships, communication, belonging, and serving others.Intellectual pillar — mental growth, learning, self-awareness, and expanding possibilities.Physical pillar — caring for the body through movement, nourishment, rest, and sustainable wellness.

What we explore

Core themes inside each pillar.

Within each pillar, these are the themes we tend to circle back to.

What we work on

Topics we work on together.

The specific things clients and I dig into during sessions.

Spiritual coaching topics — routines, identity, shame, peace, journaling, vision, intentionality.Social coaching topics — relationships, boundaries, communication, community, conflict, balance.Intellectual coaching topics — mindset, reframing thoughts, confidence, habits, time, vision, learning, beliefs.Physical coaching topics — healthy habits, wellness, exercise, meal planning, stress, nervous system, self-care, body awareness.

How we explore it

The questions I ask.

Coaching works best when we explore your thoughts and experiences! These are some I return to when we explore each pillar.

Spiritual coaching questions — meaning, connection to higher self, supporting and limiting beliefs.Social coaching questions — who you're becoming in relationships, boundaries, support, deeper connection.Intellectual coaching questions — the story you're telling yourself, growth, where you're stuck, new skills and mindsets.Physical coaching questions — how the body feels, habits, sustainable health, small high-impact changes.

The synthesis

How it all connects.

The pillars don't live in isolation. Growth in one almost always lifts the others.
